My interest for science and especially for the cardiovascular domain began with my MSc in pharmacology studies at the University of Strasbourg during which I investigated the role of circulating microparticles (MPs) in the pathophysiology of septic shock. During my PhD, I extended my research using in vitro and in vivo approaches to assess the vascular function and its molecular regulation in different cardiovascular pathologies. I have broaden my expertise in cardiovascular research by completing a two-year postdoctoral research fellow at the Institutes of medical sciences (Aberdeen) directed to better understanding the fibrin and its stabilization. In November 2012, I joined Firalis, a biotechnology company specialized on the assays development for biomarkers that are related to inflammatory disorders. I am leading an ISO17025 accredited testing laboratory and biobank facilities
