En résumé

My interest for science and especially for the cardiovascular domain began with my MSc in pharmacology studies at the University of Strasbourg during which I investigated the role of circulating microparticles (MPs) in the pathophysiology of septic shock. During my PhD, I extended my research using in vitro and in vivo approaches to assess the vascular function and its molecular regulation in different cardiovascular pathologies. I have broaden my expertise in cardiovascular research by completing a two-year postdoctoral research fellow at the Institutes of medical sciences (Aberdeen) directed to better understanding the fibrin and its stabilization. In November 2012, I joined Firalis, a biotechnology company specialized on the assays development for biomarkers that are related to inflammatory disorders. I am leading an ISO17025 accredited testing laboratory and biobank facilities

Huningue 2012 - maintenant I started my carrier at Firalis as scientist related to the assay development team on November 2012. Five month later, I am leading an ISO17025 accredited testing laboratory. In collaboration with quality department, I am responsible to maintain the accreditation in the company, the management of the biobank and ensuring the high quality testing activity for several project (SAFE-T, Fibrotarget, Cardio-save, Co-save…).
I work also closely with R&D and the production department in order to offer to our client the best and most qualified product.
I am qualified to work and supervise a team (4 to 6 research associates) on different platform dedicated to samples analysis (Siemens IVD automat, MSD, Bioplex, Cyplex, Singulex and Enspire) on different biological fluids (serum, plasma, urine, whole blood).
In collaboration with our business team, I am regularly in contact with different clients from big pharma and academic institutions.
  • institut of medical science Aberdeen - Postdoctoral Research Fellow

2009 - 2011 I have broadened my expertise in cardiovascular research by completing a two-year postdoctoral research fellow at the Institutes of medical sciences of the University of Aberdeen (Scotland). This research was directed at a better understanding of fibrin and its stabilization, which is relevant to thrombosis and atherosclerosis
  • Université d'Angers - Doctoral Student

Angers 2005 - 2008 I investigated the role of circulating microparticles (MPs) in the pathophysiology of septic shock. using in vitro and in vivo approaches to assess the vascular function and its molecular regulation in different cardiovascular pathologies including septic shock and metabolic syndrome with special emphasis on endothelial function, vascular inflammation and oxidative stress.
