Current Exp: Project engineer at Orone groupe.
In this position, I work on site as a part of the premium support team in Sao Paulo (Brazil) to support the Orone solution used by the Bradesco Bank.
My job consists mainly in :
- Advising the client about everything related to Starthic solution (Database, environment, installation, planning ...).
- SQL server 2008/2012 administration.
- SQL/T-SQL queries maintenance and programming.
- Installation, Integration and testing of new versions of the solution and its hotfixes.
- Monitoring.
- Troublesooting and bug analysis in production ==> Suggesting solutionsto detected problems.
- Reporting to France.
- Informing the bank about the deliveries.
Exp3 : Software engineer in Morpho Maroc Group Safran.
- Software programming : Mainly C# and C++.
- QA and software testing.
- Requirement analysis and tests scenarios creation.
- Troublesooting and bug analysis.
Exp2: IT engineer at ADM VALUE
- Database administration experience on MS SQL Server 2005.
- Neworking and troublesooting.
- IT infrastructures management.
Exp1: Technical Call center operator at WebHelp Maroc
- Worked on France Télécom and Orange projects.
