  • Total - Career Management Coordinator

    COURBEVOIE 2012 - 2016 Responsible for providing to Career Managers and Heads of Business for Operations relevant analysis, processes, guidance and appropriate tools to manage their population (about 8000 employees worldwide)

    • Coordinate all HR annual campaigns in relation with the career managers and the Metier : annual salary review & stocks options distribution, detection and development of high potential, manpower studies, annual performance reviews, replacement plan and individual development plan
    • Analyze large volumes of data and built analytic reports after each HR campaign
    • Realize HR studies : workforce studies (operation and technical manager characteristics, HSE jobs in upstream), operation mobility, diversity
    • Assist career management in creating Business Object reports, create and update processes and tools (quarterly dashboard, database, horizontal CV, scatter diagram), train assistants on software
    • Maintain and update succession planning for all job functions
  • Total - Legal Counsel (labour law)

    COURBEVOIE 2009 - 2012 • Implementation of HR & regulatory changes for TOTAL S.A. (Exploration & Production) in France and affiliates abroad via the creation of rulebooks, memorandums & training material ; assistance and counsel to all employees worldwide in this regard.
    • In charge of secondments IN (out-group staff being seconded to Total) and OUT (Total staff being seconded to out-group entities) : handling social and legal matters (such as the creation of secondment agreements between Total and the partner company)
    • Carrying out international mobility studies (e.g. on the expatriates packages)
