Definition of technology framework for B2B and B2C within the scope of: online sales, online support and online billing (England, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Jordan)
Customer Experience framework definition for technology
Define Technology Roadmaps for: Botswana, Dominican Republic, Belgium, Spain.
Management of implementation team (2000 mandays including 3 vendors teams (1 offshore in India) and 5 internal team)
