* Responsible of direct communication with the customer in Agadir region ;
* Supervise the deployment of Huawei's Multiservice Access Network Nodes MSAN, including Delivery, Hardware Installation, Commissioning, Tests, Troubleshooting, Quality Control, and Acceptance with the final customer IAM ;
* Hardware installation quality control
* Software upgrade and downgrade ;
* Commissioning of : MSAN equipment units, transmission links using link-aggregation or dual-homing, setup of the H248 interface in conjunction with the TSS team ;
* Configuration of Narrowband services (POTS-FAX-TELETAX-ISDN (BRI and PRI)), Broadband Services (VDSL internet service, IPTV, and VoIP based on SIP Protocol), and enterprise services (VPN and SHDSL) ;
* Installation and Configuration of U2000 ;
* Migration from ADSL access network to the MSAN access network (MA5600T) ;
* Perform interconnection and compatibility tests between MSAN &DSLAM equipment and user terminals : XDSL modem, VDSL modem, PBX, or ISDN ;
* Maintenance and Troubleshooting problems after commissioning
