1) Perform the commisions of Zms & Uls:

-Collect all the documentation, elaboration of the Unit Leaders commission structure on line with the global Guideline.
-Simulation of the cost
3) Purchasing
- Reducing the costs: By Re-negotiate the prices particularly concerning printing.
4) Successful launch of the GI3 (Avon Website)
-Promote representatives to achieve 50% Digital ordering by the end of year.
-Train the field force and the Customer Service employees.
-Use the social medias to promote and communicate about GI3, keep them attractive and alive by updating them periodically.
-make sure that the configuration is in line with the business request.
5) Events
- Prepare the launch and monitoring of 125 anniversary and Avon Voice program
- Organize the 'Club du Directeur Day' (Best Representative Awards)
6) Field motivation
- Monitoring the incentive program (choice of gifts, quantitative and qualitative analysis, inventory management, estimates and Communication)
- Establishment of a referral program (choice of gifts, levels, validation of the catalog and estimates
