  Courcouronnes 2011 - 2011 J'ai effectué un stage au sein du Centre d’Excellence Industrielle Aubes de soufflantes de Snecma Gennevilliers dans l'atelier Finition Forge de la Boucle Chaude, de Mars à Septembre 2011.
  
  J'ai co-piloté le projet d'industrialisation du Polissage Adaptatif et réalisé certaines missions dérivées de ce projet :
  
  - Réalisation d’essais sur les aubes CFM56-5B avec acquisition de mesures, analyses de résultats et collaboration avec les fournisseurs allemands,
  - Mise en place d’une procédure de contrôle de pression des machines de Polissage Adaptatif et suivi statistique des procédés. Réalisation avec adaptation à la compréhension des futurs utilisateurs,
  - Test R&R du positionnement de l’aube sur le montage dans les machines,
  - Réalisation d'analyse de flux en relation avec la réimplantation de l’atelier,
  - Pilotage de ces missions par animation de réunions et contacts réguliers avec les opérateurs dans l'atelier, les ingénieurs Méthodes, et les fournisseurs. Application de la langue anglaise.
  
  
  
  At the Compressor Blade Workshop in Production / Co-management of the adaptative polishing project with different missions
  
  - Process, method engineer in Lean 6 Sigma approach
  - In the cost and time reduction objective, tests on CFM56-5B blades with adaptative polishing machines with german supplier collaboration
  - Results analysis and report (Tool: Excel, SPC Vision)
  - Pressure control procedure setting up for the adaptative polishing machines with Statistical Process Control (Tool: SPC Vision); difficulty : mission in order to everyone’s understanding and easy use, instructions for a future weekly control by the factory workers
  - R&R test (Repeatibility, Reproducibility) of the blade position on its set-up installed in the machines (Tool : Minitab)
  - Flow analysis realization in the Workshop resettlement objective
  
  - Adaptative polishing project co-manager
  - Management of these tasks by meeting handling and regular contacts with the german suppliers in English and different services of this company (Process and Methods, Computing, Factory Workers, Maintenance… (meetings, phone calls, mails)
