En résumé

Après 7 ans en tant qu'ingénieur en informatique, j'ai décidé de me reconvertir pour devenir consultante en emploi et en insertion.

Ce changement de secteur professionnel ne s'est pas décidé sur un coup de tête.
Je me suis appuyée sur mes expériences passées et un bilan de carrière m'a confortée dans l'idée que j'avais : je veux quitter le bureau fermé du développeur, et orienter ma vie professionnelle à la rencontre des femmes et des hommes. Je souhaite agir dans l'aide et le conseil auprès de personnes à un tournant dans leur carrière. Je désire aussi accompagner les jeunes lors du choix parfois difficile de l'orientation.

Je vais leur apporter ma sincérité, mon dynamisme, mes qualités d'écoute et mes connaissances du monde de l'entreprise.

Pour accompagner plus efficacement, je suis formée à la Relation d'aide, ce qui me permet d'avoir une écoute active, et de pouvoir être un soutien moral, en étant dans l'empathie.

Je suis disponible pour échanger et envisager une collaboration.
