* Integration program : Implement DSM standards for safety (achieved more than 200 days without accident), security, quality (FSSC 22000), manufacturing excellence work processes. ;
* Investment project successfully realized (10 M EUR ) to upgrade the facility and meet Tier 1 customers expectations (mainly zoning). ;
* Cost efficiency : Fixed cost and scrap reduction- on track. ;
* Capacity extension : From 270 T to 410T, preparing for 500 T. ;
* Implementation of Visual Management and Performance management systems. ;
* Other integration activities : Transfer to DSM SAP system and other DSM IT systems, transfer of activities following the closure of DSM Logan site.
