After 45 years as a general manager, CEO, Accountant and IT specialist, I develop reports, analysis and datamarts for the board.
My resources are Excel, VBA and Access, bringing the information into tools that data users do master easily.
After some training, the data users will reinforce the finesse of their analysis, focusing on the weak points and quickly reacting for the benefit of the enterprise.

    2003 - 2003 Preliminary studies of an ERP system to generate an order backlog report and a sales report, both in Excel format. The order backlog report shows how many units of each product type are on order (per customer, with expected delivery date etc.). The sales report shows the sales history. These reports should eventually be compared to the forecast in order to detect any discrepancies and, if necessary, initiate necessary updates or marketing activities.

  • Consultancy for SCRL EVRART - Development

    2001 - 2002 Development of a brand new application mastering fabrication prices in Euros, with lots of parameters and outgoing stock management, delivery sheets, order sheets for the fabrication dept., and invoicing to customers. The replaced application had been written in C++, working on an old SCO Unix system, using several dbases in dbVista. The new application, developped under Excel+Access (VBA) runs under W98SE.
