I’ m a Moroccan agronomist Engineer in crop protection graduated from " IAV HASSAN II" and following a Specialized Master in Marketing, Management. Holder of a training certificate in communication and sales techniques from (FC).
I began my career with the PNUD in Tunisia in technology transfer in agriculture, I was in charge to setup a new high level vegetable nursery and supervising farms where new technologies of production were introduced, i acquired considerable experience in the conduct/protection of many crops and Agrochemicals Business .Then i switch to Technical and Marketing responsible with the group CASEM-HORTEC. And was shortly rewarded for the position of Technical and Sales Responsible.
In 2006, I integrated SEMAPRO as a Research and development Manager in Morocco. In this new experience i achieved honorable goals.
In 2007, I integrated FEED & FOOD as SALES MANAGER in Agadir, during 6 Years, I success to improve the turnover to reach the level of 50 millions dirhams.
Since 2013, I’ve joined the large group of AAKO B.V (CROP & NON CROP PRODUCTS) as a Business Support Representative in Morocco with a beginning of integration in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan).In this new position, I'm in charge of managing a large portfolio with big companies, registering and launching new products, preparing the annual forecast and budget ,Import & export procedure etc...But the big challenge is to increase the turnover of the territory. The first targets have already been achieved and more will follow.
Throughout this period, i acquired considerable skills on several levels: Agrochemicals,International Business, Marketing,Import & export of Agricultural inputs, Information and training days, Management team, Leadership, Management of the distribution network,
