- I chose to work in HR & Recruitment because my job is dedicated to people and I love the opportunity to work on projects who will help people to grow in a company
- I managed projects in various topics: Development of International Recruitment, Job fairs, Onboarding & Induction, Learning & Development, Trainees Policies, Internal Communication and KPI’s
- I worked within different businesses as Healthcare, IT, Automotive, Legal, Luxury and Web/Events/Communication.

I decided to join Korn Ferry because it is an international company who is growing very fast and is developing amazing solutions for companies worldwide like organizational strategy, talent acquisition, assessment & succesion, leadership development, rewards & benefits.
