•Operation and Maintenance of Packet Core Network Elements (management of Cisco, Juniper,Ericsson PS Core Network Equipments)
•Implementation of Gblinks for BSCs, and Iu links for RNCs , data integration of new roaming partners
•problems troubleshooting of Packet Core elements to provide restoration of the affected PS service.
•Parameter Update and IP configuration ( GTP ranges, rules and FW policy) to ensure routing and security for packet data elements
•Checking of hardware and software configurations of the system in order to ensure service availability and avoid downtime
•Definition of new APNs and other Corporate clients, testing of 3G network to ensure an end-to-end integrity of services provided.
•coordination with other entities and departments concerning all aspects of new services/solutions, and the possible impact to Packet Core network.
Skills
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP (IP, TCP, UDP), routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), IP/MPLS, LDP, network technologies (VPN, IPSec, NAT, DNS, RADIUS etc.), also GTP, SCTP
Cisco switches, Cisco/juniper routers( cisco7600,CSG,M120,M320,M5,M7 ) , netscreen Firewalls(ns500,ns5400), blackdiamonds swiths and extreame switchs , Ericsson GGSN/SGSN 2009A
