My objectives were mainly to improve communication between assembly line and supplying service, reduce the amount of missing parts, and ensure the good deployment of the new model of functioning (Takted production) for the Final Assembly Line. It ended up with a decrease of 50% of the missing parts, and recommandations from all my superiors.
