I am a Jordanian qualified lawyer and arbitrator with more than 34 years of legal experience in the Middle East region. I have strong dispute resolution experience as during my career I have represented clients in hundreds of disputes in the Middle East region and worldwide. I also have a wide range of experience advising companies on commercial projects and business transactions which include advising on local laws and regulations and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents. In addition, I have significant negotiation skills and have negotiated a great number of transactions and settlements on behalf of clients throughout my career.
I am the founder of Abunameh & Partners Law Firm where I am currently a Senior Partner responsible for the critical transactions and disputes and leading a team of enthusiast lawyers. During the period of 2004 until 2011 I was the General Counsel for the CCS Group, a British Middle East group of companies that have a strong presence in the technology and energy sectors in the MENA region.
