My job consist of managing manufacturing and optimizing resource (a Flow shop with 120 operators, 15 technicians, a park plot, electronic components ,…) in order to satisfy our customers demand ( Peugeot-Citroen-Fiat and TOYOTA). I am the guarantor of the manufacturing respect of Delays, Quantity and Quality Goals, which need a high technical potential, autonomy, team management responsibility and an ability to work under pressure to fulfill customer requirements.
