  2008 - 2010 : Nature of the company: Project Management Consultant for refinery projects.
  PROJECT: ESSAR Refinery expansion from 10.5MMTPA to 32 MMPTA in two phases.
  CLIENT: ESSAR OIL LIMITED,
  LOCATION: Jamnagar, India
  POSITION: Deputy Manager for PMC job for refinery.
  CONTRACTOR: SAIPEM and TECHNIP, INDIA ,
  Stationed at contractor office and construction site.
  Ensuring and managing the claim of engineering man hour from the contractors.
  Coordinating and clearing for any clarification on the licensor documents for the smooth execution.
  Equipment handled: Centrifugal pumps (OH2/OH6/BB2/BB5/BB3/VS4/VS1), HPRTs, Steam turbines, Centrifugal Compressors (Recycle gas, Refrigerant compressor), Reciprocating compressor (make-up gas compressor).
  Ensuring and approving the engineering deliverable such as requisition, evaluation report and specification/data sheets for all rotary equipments, and technical documents/drawings, following relevant API codes (610,611,612,682,670,618,617,614) and NACE international standards and client specification,.
  Assisting project by providing answer to EPC contractor’s waiver requests and RFI’s related to rotating equipments.
  Providing comment on the vendor proposals and co-ordination with vendors and other inter-discipline.
  Involving in model review 30%, 60%, 90% model review, and ensuring all our comments are cleared.
  Reviewed and approval of vendor documents for the package.
  Participating in project HAZOP study meeting for the process units.
