  * Assist in the review of Quality and Technical requirements for development of purchase orders.
  * Ensure of Quality Records through review and verification of implementation.
  * Maintain Measuring of the Test Equipment, tracking of required calibration.
  * Maintenance of QC inspector certifications and ability to certify inspectors to applicable
  codes/standards.
  * Preparing, monitoring and or carrying out regular QC audits, welding procedure qualifications,
  welder performance qualifications, preparation of weld maps and weld sequence for welding.
  * Surveillance during welding activities to ensure that qualified personnel carries out work
  * Involved in all stages of piping inspection fabrication activities.

  QC Manager
  Key Responsibilities:
  * Responsible for the QC department for the preventive maintenance and corrosion
  monitoring on the NGL offshore platform in 3% of H2s. During the Shout down period to
  replace all lines corroded as new due to wall thickness under C/A corrosion allowance
  required as piping class specification and to repair the corroded body valves and piping
  with cladding technique with result satisfactory;
  * Ensure Qualifications/Certifications of personnel were maintained.
  * Ensures the effective implementation of the quality program with qualified quality
  personnel.
  * Ensures that the appropriate materials and equipment was supplied.
  * Monitors quality assurance activities to determine conformance with procedures and
  Project Specification.
  * Maintenance of facility certifications, such as ASME stamps, ISO certifications, etc.
  
  * Performance evaluations of QC inspectors and NDE personnel as required to meet
  code/contract requirements.

• Oil Company - QC Manager

  2013 - 2014 : Company Netco Dietsmann Project: Nigerian Agip
  
  Managing the QC Department of Construction Team (Welding& NDE Inspectors, QC Mechanical
  Inspectors, Hydro-test team for Piping and Valves, E&I Engineers) 28 persons, following Construction and
  Maintenance activities related the planned Work Packs, Scope of Works to be completed.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  * Data Analysis, I was receiving all Welding Report, NDT's, Hydro-Test Reports data from the
  Inspectors, re-checked where necessary and carried out and forwarded a detailed report to the
  Construction Project Manager.
  
  * Responsible also for the planning and implementation of a plant wide Inspection Program
  
  establishing a baseline for future examinations and developing the Inspection Plan for the pre-shut
  down and shut down period activities. The plant is a large gas and oil processing unit with
  numerous vessels and heating exchangers that have been internally and externally checked with
  various types of Non Destructive Tests, UT,DPI,MPI.
  
  * Ensures that the appropriate materials and equipment was supplied.
  * Monitors quality assurance activities to determine conformance with procedures and
  Project Specification.
  * Maintenance of facility certifications, such as ASME stamps, ISO certifications, etc.
  * Performance evaluations of QC inspectors and NDE personnel as required tomeet

  Quality Control Superintendent: Based on the offshore Caspian Sea ``D'' Island and reporting directly
  to the Quality Manager, I was responsible for the day to day Quality Control activities during the hook-up
  phase of the project. These included:
  * Plant Inspection of Machinery, Valves and Piping prior to installation ;
  * Quality Audits, of sub contractors ;
  * Supervision of welding inspectors and NDTs personnel
  
  Commissioning Team Inspection Engineer: During the commissioning phase of the project I was a part
  of the task integrated commissioning team were i was responsible for:
  * Walk Downs pre and post leak testing ;

  2007 - 2008 Quality Control Fabrication Inspector: Working in a large fabrication facility in Brindisi Italy I was
  responsible for preparing quality plans and overseeing the fabrication of piping spools for various clients.
  I organized, managed and supervised NDT activities including planning and interface with the fabrication
  manager.
