    2014 - 2016 * Hired and currently manages an amazing development team who are able to ``move
    mountains'';
    * Under his management the team successfully developed several versions of augmented
    reality product which allowed the company to get several big clients around Europe.

  • WEMAP - Software Development Manager

    2013 - maintenant * Developed first versions of Wemap iOS application using Objective-C, then migrate the
    project to new Swift language as well as to VIPER architecture;
    * Two weeks per release development circle under SCURM methodology to allow investors
    and end-users to see changes in product in short time-frames;
    * Constantly works to improve his own development and those of the developer's he hired -
    prepare lectures and presentations about new technologies, new iOS features, etc;
    * Hired and manages iOS and backend developers located in Russian development center.

  • AMUDO SAS - CTO

    2012 - 2016 * After joining Amudo SAS opened a new development center in Russia, where he currently
    manages ten developers (iOS, Android, web-backend);
    * Successfully developed several iOS applications for clients such as: OTIS, Adecco, Vitoss,
    and NetcoSports;
    * Uses JIRA software for SCRUM workflow, performs daily code-reviews, configured and used
    for nightly builds CI systems (Bamboo and JenkinsCI);
    * Administrates: GIT server (with mirroring to backup server), JIRA, FishEye, Bamboo,
    JenkinsCI, NGINX, MySQL, Ubuntu 12 & 14, etc - all development environment.

  • VITA-MOBILE - SOFTWARE DEVELOPER & CO-OWNER

    2008 - 2011 * Established a new company from scratch, without any experience on this field - company
    generated first revenue six months after launch;
    * Managed several groups of developers who worked on sets of different projects;
    * Being a part of development team developed several commercial iOS applications for
    clients across the globe, which allowed them to generate revenue and find new clients for
    their businesses;
    * Developed several own applications, one of them ``No Smoking'' which allowed to stop
    smoking or significantly reduce amount of smoked cigarets per day.

  • ELECARD LTD - SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

    2004 - 2008 * Successfully developed and supported first versions of CodecWorks Encoder software
    server as a part of Elecard V-Cinema solution, which allowed the company to open new
    market and generate revenue;
    * Being a part of codec development group made significant impact and successfully
    developed a set of DirectShow filters to send and receive media data (elementary streams
    MPEG4 video, h.264/AVC, AAC, as well as MPEG2-TS/PS streams) across network using
    RTSP, UDP, RTP, TCP protocols.

  • PIT-ENGINEERING LLC - SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

    2002 - 2004 * Developed multimedia player for Virtual Cinema System, which allowed to play multimedia
    files across network without downloading files to client's desktop. This player included
    compensation of network failures and supported third party billing systems;
    * Developed live broadcasting server for a complex media broadcasting solution - this
    proprietary solution was used for live on-air events demonstration by TV companies in
