En résumé

Having a long professional experience as IN/VAS support, operation and maintenance engineer,
and system administrator for Huawei servers, working on several deployments for
different clients (Maroc Telecom, Inwi and Orange Maroc). An experience that granted me
the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in networks and systems level, and to be familiar
with Linux environment (Redhat, Centos, SuSe, AIX).

  • Huawei - Support & Maintenance Engineer @ Huawei: OCS Project

    Boulogne Billancourt 2013 - maintenant • Replay to Customer requests and Follow Customer new requirements;
    • New services configuration and deployment on testbed and production system;
    • Follow the development team MOP for new Installation/Integration on the new servers;
    • Ensure Integration with third parties and check the connectivity issues;
    • Maintain service availability, Troubleshoot and Fix issues according to SLA;
    • Use shell scripting to automate system maintenance tasks;
    • Diagnose hardware issues and replace hardware modules when required;
    • Prepare Handover documents for customer;
    • Ensure communication with different clients on different projects;
    • Attend meetings with customers ;
    • Support end to end user with assistance and training;
    • Check periodically the server’s environment (Site survey): Hardware status , electrical redundancy, server room temperature …;
    • Update and replace Hardware component without affecting system use or causing downtime;
    • Ensure duty in holidays and weekends and respond to outages quickly.

  • INWI - Care & Maintenance Engineer @ INWI: IN/VAS Projects (OCS, USSD, VMS, RBT)

    Casablanca 2011 - 2013 • Prepare Test & Pre Production System before implanting on Production system ;
    • Planning and configuration of different OCS/IN service and features as per marketing
    requirements;
    • Service Configuration (on iCBS): Launch/Stop promotions, configuring new profiles…;
    • Perform troubleshooting, fault/problem investigation and root cause analysis using CDR, Logs;
    • Configure and test new features and functions of OCS Platform;

  • Teligent - VAS Support Engineer @ Teligent Telecom: Voice Messaging System Project

    2010 - 2011 • Support of VMS Platform of IAM;
    • Daily Check of VMS PLF;
    • Monitoring and Provisiong of VMS services (Voice SMS, Video Mail …) ;
    • Provide Stats of all VMS services and check all KPI using script shell.
