* Contract management: clauses analysis, including risk analysis, insurances, bank guarantees, claim's preparation (most of them were Fidic Contracts, Red Book). ;
* Programme management & contractual interfaces: liaison with all the Contracts Stakeholders, preparation of the administrative documents and realization of project's action list. ;
* Project procurement management: strategic management & marketing (market analysis: competitors & commercial opportunities) from the tender phase until the contract signature. ;
* Suppliers & subcontractors management: suppliers & subcontractors identification, launching the RFQs, offers analysis, contracts negotiation & conclusion, order preparation & follow-up of the contracts. ;

* Strategy, financial and operational planning: strategic and business plans for short (3 months) and long-term (3years) growth, to increase profitability and to reduce the production costs on long term. ;
* Supply chain: production, import/export, logistics, orders, outsourcing, procurement, stock management. ;
* Manufacturing: planning activities using the available time and resources; coordinating the operational teams (Production, Logistic and Quality); cost control analysis in order to optimize & to improve the performance of the processes, in terms of productivity and efficiency. ;
* Procurement: supplier research, RFQs, price offer analysis, contract negotiation, contracts follow-up. ;
* Sales: Sales process analysis, in order to improve the performance in the Sales Process.
Outcome: I managed bringing and maintaining the company on a positive trend after 2 years of losses, recording profit. TO increased by 23%, Profit Margin ~15%. The budget managed was ~1M EUR .

Outcome: I put in practice an office organising system: the same for the whole office, including the filing system, a standardisation of the issued documents, a tracking system of the correspondence, a follow-up system for contracts and an electronic & hardcopy archive of documents.
