J’ai 28 ans, diplômée d’un Master en Management Transport, Commerce et Logistique Internationale et récemment mariée. Après 7 ans d’emploi dans la même entreprise française de renommée mondiale, j’ai été promu directrice d’une filiale de 17 personnes (nationaux et expatriés). Cette position conjuguée à mon expérience dans les domaines de la gestion et de la logistique me permet d’aborder tout défi professionnel avec confiance et détermination.

    2012 - maintenant Missions: Daily supervision of subsidiary’s operations to target objectives planned in the budget.
    - Responsible for all operations in and out of the country
    - Develop business revenue
    - Increase profitability
    - Preparation and review of weekly and monthly reports. Daily contact with clients.
    Accomplishment: Best turnover in 2013 since branch opening in 1996 + 25 % increase - Develop 2 new activities - develop insurance sales x 3 time higher than 2012 - new market share in Eastern Congo - Implementation of a quality management system and its monitoring.
  • AGS FRASERS Port Gentil Gabon + Bamako Mali - Deputy Manager

    2010 - 2012 Missions: Follow up and monitor outbound and inbound transportation activities with the objective of timely delivery and operation cost optimization.
    - Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with client’s requirements, contractual obligations and quality expectations
    - Analyse every aspect of cargo flow
    - Coordinate with providers in order to trouble shoot on, problem solving and seek opportunities for improvement.
    Accomplishment: Access to Shell account in Gamba – Develop relocation activities with various petroleum accounts as Baker Hughes, ADDAX petroleum and Total.
    Emergency relocation management during conflict in Bamako (April – July 2012) + 20 families relocated + offices (IMF – World Bank African Development Bank).

  • AGS Frasers Uganda - Logistic & Field Sales executive

    2008 - 2010 Missions: manage all client relocation including those of a complex nature.
    - Responsible for the operational management of transportation
    - Maintain all handling equipment in good working order.
    - Solicit new clients and expand existing customer base.
    - Part time branch manager in Kampala, Kigali-Rwanda and Praia-Cape Verde.
    Accomplishment: FIDI FAIM Iso audit certification– Us Embassy account target + 20 % turnover increase.
  • MSC Buenos Aires - Customer service executive

    2007 - 2007 Missions: Ensure that customer’s shipments are well handled in terms of monitoring and execution.
    - Handle vessel calling in Buenos Aires Harbour.
    - Coordinate, plan, monitor safety and efficiency cargo operations on board emphasising cargo space, efficient port turnaround, effective voyage cost and full compliance with International and local regulations .
