    Boulogne Billancourt 2016 - maintenant Integrated in Enterprise Business Unit’ team of 10 person dedicated to work with Orange Business Services in France and International, in which I am the only one role of marketing and communication to come to support sales people to achieve their target. I establish and execute the yearly basis plan, assist to every events to secure content quality and being brand ambassador of Huawei recognized as world’ one of top partner of digital transformation.

    Main tasks:
    - Establish and execute the yearly marketing & communication plan with sales and in coordination with Orange Business Services marketing team or partnership team
    - Organize and coordinate internal and external events: seminars (50-100 people), Huawei annual events (1,000-10,000 people), joint events with Orange Business Services to target end customers (20-50 people), partnership sponsor and participation to Orange Business Services’ events (200-300 people) to promote Huawei brand and products
    - Evaluate event ROI and event result report to the management
    - Elaborate monthly basis newsletters dedicated to Orange Business Services’ sales and pre sales people to aware news, increase brand awareness, and improve partnership collaboration
    - Evaluate the newsletters feedback and results , and report to the management
    - Partnership enablement plan: technical workshop, training for sales and pre sales (onsite training, online training,)
    - Elaboration of support documents: brochures, PowerPoint slides
    - Control and prepare the budget for yearly basis

    And some administration tasks: organize team weekly meeting, team reporting, ensure the respect of internal process (payment of invoices)
  • Nilorn Group - Sales and Marketing

    2014 - 2014 - Analyze and evaluate the client portfolio, and diagnose on database of identified potential clients
    - Assist to meetings with clients/suppliers
    - Preparation of support documents for sales: newsletters, brochures, PowerPoint slides, etc.
    - Prospection by emailing and phoning to enlarge client database
    - Feed social network as Chinese Facebook called Weibo and LinkedIn
