    Parametric Analysis - Review and change purchasing and supplying parameters for different warehouses (Tools used: R&P inventory Optimizer - Unbundler )
    Process Flow Analysis: Study the flow of material and information in various processes to eliminate bottlenecks and make them seamless.
    SAP implementation: Leading the implementation of SD & MM solution in Nestlé Algeria by managing a team of 6 members. (customer service & Material handling)
    Evaluate the feasibility of applying Six Sigma Process Control techniques to customer service.
    Lead a Six Sigma project team of 4 to reduce customer’s refusals levels.

    Value Realization:
    Review the storage strategy in two distribution centers in order to optimize space and reduce cost (Changing the pallet standards)

The project scoop was to change the legacy system with SAP solution and implement Nestlé best practices. Nestlé Maghreb Network: 2 manufacturing sites, 4 companies , 2 warehouses, 6 DC’s and more than 600 users.
