  Nanterre 2008 - 2010 Transforming the AXA Technology Services entities in Asia Pacific (600 people strong) to form one regional organization under a common P&L, Corporate Governance, Strategy, HR, Communication, etc leveraging centers of expertise in each country.

• TBWA Japan - Head of Information Technology

  2003 - 2005 - Merged the IT divisions of TBWA Japan and TEQUILA Japan and achieved Productivity Savings
  - Created a IT Policies document reviewed and approved by top management
  - Increased security and process for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  - Created 2005 IT Group Budget approved by 3 companies CFOs
  - Support of New Business with top tier client/brand (Japan Tobacco Int, Master Foods, adidas Japan, Levi’s, Shu Uemura, Le Club des Créateurs de beauté)
  - Directing mobile R&D and development for Japan 3 mobile carriers (NTT/DoCoMo, KDDi, Vodafone)
  - Nominated and trained the Infrastructure Manager
  - Merged the two Networks comprising of 200+ stations and printers
  - Conducted design, audit and project direction to replace 100 end-of-life PC workstations with iMac G5 and reduce support call

  2001 - 2001 Development of new Web Hosting solution and its Business Plan with advanced services, client control panel with automated system connected to Oracle database.

• DIGIWEB - Founder & Managing Director

  1997 - 2001 Built Business Plan for inception of company and funded it. Achieved over 2,000 clients in 4 years
  Development of New Business, online supporting marketing campaign
  Management of Cash Flow, Growth, Collection
  Outsourced data center in College Park, Maryland
  Developed a R&D division, online Control Panel for users own management of their account
  Conducted the development PoPList, a semi automated e-mail marketing tool that grew to 5.3 millions subscribers
