    2012 - 2014 Technician in charge for Annual & semi Maintenance Testing & Calibration In offshore block 2 all kind of PSV’s Testing like company Anderson greenwood,Crosby,Pentair (pressure up to 600bar)Data base entry in all test report calibration including and repair and maintenance of all air compressors, welding machines (atlas copco,miller) of my company on site.

    I was responsible of repairing and calibration PSV’s(LESER) from gas and liquid services (Gas process compressors and LP&HP separators) and certification on the FPSO Gimboa.

    2012 - 2012 I was involved to overall of all piping during the shutdown, installation of new piping, valves and supports of gas and oil lines,hydro testing and holt bolting

    Technician in charge of holt bolting, piping and structures fabrication and modification. Mechanical technician within the operations team on the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading)

  • Petromar MMO - Mechanical Technician

    2011 - 2011 I participated on overhaul of 1 gas lift reciprocating compressor with four compression stage NUOVO PIGNONE model 6HE/4 in realignment of pipe work,mounting of a new crankshaft,driven by Solar gas turbine centaur 20.

    I participated on overhaul of 2 cranes(MAPE) of 1 oil production platform in sector COBO field with Mr. Patrick Pelletier (mechanical specialist of Saipem Angola S.A).

    I participated on overhauling project of 3 gas lift reciprocating compressors DRESSER RAND model RDS.5.5 of pangala compression station in mounting of crankshafts,pistons rods,crossheard,lube oil system,piping systems/valves/frames extensions,driven by Waukesha gas engines V16 and realignment of pipe work,start-up with Mr. Patrick Pelletier(mechanical specialist of Saipem Angola S.A).

    I participated on Installing of pipe supports, valves and gaskets of gas line of the new gas injection platform with saipem team.

  • PetromarMMO Division - Pipefitter

    2010 - 2010 I worked as part of team removing pipework prepping for new tie-ins to suit spools fitting new pipework valves, pumps and gas lift compressors etc. /valve servicing and replacement Onsite installation
