- Prepare the elements for the reporting, the Budget, the Business Plan & the Forecast
- Follow and analyze the actual situation vs FCST & vs budget and vs Best estimate
- Ensure reliability of the site PL performance during closing /Budget and PMT process
- Manage the activity of the Purchasing monitoring the most efficient and profitable way
- Study and track the market’s indicator of raw material - copper, aluminum, rare earth and steel
- Prepare & contribute to the negotiation data driven by the buyer & to the supplier risk management
- Determine the global exposition on each different commodity and how the purchasing price of a commodity is passed-through to the selling price
- Realize exposure to the foreign exchange risks by determining the realized flows for each exposed and hedged currency
- Contribute to the establishment of the purchasing index by lever: external and internal purchasing index raw materials, market effect, exchange rate and productivity added-value
- Strengthen internal control procedure in accordance with the group audit
- Contribute to the elimination of the Overdue: review with partners on prices, incoterm, payment term & cut off issues
- Build price quotation for internal sales
- Ensure that prices are updated in the system per indexation contract and calculate the retro-billing
- Track & calculate all the non-quality cost
- Analyze on a monthly basis the whole loss-making product and develop action plan accordingly
- Contribute to the savings plan of the Site
- Respond to ad hoc request from auditor

▪ Guarantee the accuracy of the Program Business Plan Financials according to the Group, Business Group and Division policies, including compliance with relevant accounting and tax rules.
▪ Ensure the budgetary control of the program for D&D/Proto spending, Capital Spending, Tooling Spending, etc.
▪ Identify and analyse the variances between bplan updates and Costed BOM updates.
▪ Work closely with plant controllers as program nears plant start up to ensure validity of plant budgets, while at the same time validating remaining bplan assumptions.
▪ Validate the economic justification of program investments and ensure their follow-up.
▪ Develop D&D/Proto, Capex, and Tooling budgets and associated forecasts, as well as program periodic reporting in accordance with Group procedures and deadlines.
▪ Propose and support suggestions when decisions committing the program are made
▪ Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow-up.
▪ Control the programs cash flow, especially investment cash flow and accounts, receivables, payables and inventories related to D&D/Proto, Capex, and Tooling.
▪ Support the Program Manager in the management of the dedicated program team.
▪ Develop ECR process within program team, train program team resources, and monitor/change as required to ensure robust and efficient process.
