Service engineer in mining business with 16 years experiences, hydraulic shovels specialist, in manager position over than 5 years. I am base in Tunisia work at the CPG phosphate mines, linked to the service department in Germany. I am responsible for maintenance teams, which we have improved by 25% of the MTTR (mean time to repair), standardized the MPDT (mean preventive maintenance down time), in charge for the spare parts business, we increased by 10% the turnover by establishing and keep update the HTL lists. We monitor permanently service KPI (key performance indicator), running cost per hour and the productivity of the machine by cycle time tools.
I conducted several sessions of training for technicians and engineers with coordination with the training department in Germany.
We Support the engineering department with filed testing and TSI report for the improvement of the products.
High level technical knowledge and processing was developed with dealing with German company.
