• Follow up of Mobilization Plan & Mobilisation of contracted people
• Prepare, issue and receive Calls for tender from consulting service agencies
• Negotiate commercial proposals with service agencies to reach acceptable prices
• Preparation, renewal and issuance of technical assistance contracts during the various stages of the project
• Checking of the documentation sent by the service companies
• Ensuring liaison between the various project packages in Human Resources Matters
• Updated services contract
• Ensuring the application of procedures in personnel administration as well as, if applicable, the Partners Companies procedures.

• Technical review and selection of appropriate manpower contractors / agencies for project resourcing.
• Negotiation, preparation and execution of frame contracts, with agreement of assignment conditions and associated financial packages at various global site locations, while maximising markets conditions
• Liaison with managers, projects controls managers to identify critical path appointments
• Re-enforce to agencies the importance of critical skill-set needs, reviewing their methods of technical evaluation and agree procedures of candidate approval
• Managing the relationship with suppliers of technical assistance
• Implementation of procedures and policies (relationship with companies, new contracts, price list ...)
• Preparation of HR activity and weekly report
