2019 is the year for changes.
My mission as program designer and management consultant with Fondation Ascendi, a foundation dedicated to management development for working managers in the Geneva area, is completed. I have available time and I feel I am at the crossroads where my academic competencies, my consultant experience and my hands on management trajectory as HRO and CEO for a world player come together with personnal features I have developed during my career such as detachment, independence, patience, consideration and a balanced representation of the organization for the future.
From my home based office, using the current tools for deported work, I have begun to offer services to large and small companies, to administrations, NGOs and to individuals in need of the language of truth.
Three areas are opened for cooperation :
• Proximity management development :
Complete general curriculum and specialized modules design for management development, and specially proximity management. From the needs of the client to turn key program contents, with users and facilitators manuals, tools, games, case studies, control and evaluation tests.
• Change and workforce alignment :
Change diagnosis and scenarios for organizations in need of ajustments or more important turnarounds, downsizing and social plans. I have a solid track record of workforce alignments with limited or no disturbance and image damage.
• Coaching and sensitive communication :
Coaching for board members, directors and managers on organization change, re-engineering, turnaround, crisis and sensitive issues.
As a private contractor, I have availability for short term missions in the field and for longer term missions for project development on a time sharing basis, 30% field and 70% home office.
