    • LAN & WiFi agencies refresh project manager: Audit, standardized re-design and refresh of 130 sites with the outsourcer. Managing a project team of 2 people.

  • Devoteam Consulting - Network & IT Project Manager

    Levallois-Perret 2008 - 2013 Company: Devoteam is an EMEA leader in Information & Communication Technology consulting. The Consulting branch focuses on providing advices and IT transformation project to the the IT management of large business.

    Fields of intervention: Telecom & Network, Cloud & Infrastructure, Outsourcing, Office Engineering & Support.

    Projects done:

    • IT Services Outsourcing RFP for SOITEC, Grenoble. Whole Infrastructure and Operations scope of services: Service Desk, End-User support, Infrastructure Management, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service - Cloud Computing). International scope.
    • End-User support outsourcer transition stream leader for SOITEC

    • WAN deployment project leader for Volkswagen Group France all along the contractualization, transition and industrialization of deployment phases. ~ 1000 sites.

    • PMO for Group E-mail archiving for a corporate customer. 10+ departments involved in project, from IT to business.

    • Network strategy and outsourcing RFP for Carlsberg Breweries, Denmark: 200+ European sites, large scope of services (WAN, LAN, WLAN, service management...)

    • Definition of an IP addressing & DNS naming policy for GDF SUEZ, at the Group scope

    • Definition of a Server Virtualization strategy, business case and architecture for Veolia Transport
