    2009 - maintenant Mission: Managing KMOB SA and supervising the launch and development of KIRENE avec Orange activities, the first African light MVNO based on a successful business model.

    Actions: Organisation Management, budget planning, pricing analysis and base segmentation toward acquisition, ARPU/usage development and/or loyalty, (Get, Grow, Keep). Elaboration of action plans implementation (marketing/communication/sales and distribution). Location based actions to gain insights and control over distribution channel. Liaise with Orange towards value proposition and promotion campaign definition. Business development in Western + Central African markets

    Results: 2.2 millions clients (14.5% market share) in a competitive market. Value creation for Orange. Strong brand awareness.
  • CANAL+ - Sales Director

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2006 - 2008 CANAL+ REUNION / CANALSAT REUNION (CANAL+ Group)

    Madagascar and Comoros Islands
    Mission: Managing and supervising all activities of the distribution network, outlets and the door to door sales (3 executives, 50 employees)

    Actions: Setting up of a new shift management. Training of sellers. Improvement of the distributors network and outlets. Participation to the elaboration of the marketing and sales budget. Running of the sales budget. Stimulation of sales activities on Madagascar, Mayotte and Comoros Islands.
    Creation and training of a 22 sellers team hired by 2 subcontractors. Hiring and training of 16 door to door sellers.

    Results: Sales rise of 45% and 35% of the CANAL+ and CANASAT brand in 2007 in a competitive market.
    Professionalisation and responsabilisation of the Sales team.
  • CANAL+ HORIZONS SENEGAL - Sales Director

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2002 - 2006 Mission: rebuilding of CANAL+ HORIZONS SENEGAL and launch of the satellite bouquet CANALSATELITTE HORIZONS.

    Actions: Organisation and day to day running of the sales and marketing policies. Institution of new process in 5 departments (5 executives - 35 employees). Relationships with authorities. Creation of a distribution network and a call center. Migration of 7000 subscribers from the hertzien and old digital technology to the CANALSATELLITE bouquet.

    Results: Number of subscribers doubled, increase of 7% of the market shares of Senegal on West African area.
    Achievement of the best rate of the subscription renewals, top of the range subscription formula of CANAL+ HORIZONS Group.
  • CANAL+ ANTILLES - Martinique and Guyana Sales Responsable

    2000 - 2001 Mission: restructuring of the distribution network and development of catch and pay sales.

    Actions: Setting up of the 72 distributors. Training of the Commercial Attachés. Referencing and implementation of sales operations in supermarket and distributors.

    Results: Catch and pay sales tripled, maintaining CANAL+ product and rising of 15% of CANALSATELLITE product.
  • CANAL+ ANTILLES - French West Indies Direct Sales Responsable

    1998 - 2000 Mission: Outlet development and management. Setting of commercialisation and information policy of CANALSATELLITE for the real estate.
    .
    Actions: Management of six outlets among wich 4 creations. Head of 28 sellers.

    Results: Increasing of direct sales market shares of 50% in two years wich represent 50% of the turnover (78M EUR ). Setting up of the distribution standard with antenna installators and real estate owners.
