1998 - maintenant• Fund of Funds trades: Preparation and Verification of FoF and Hedge Funds transactions through Fund Administrators and via Euroclear platforms, portfolio adjustments, share management & reconciliation. Investigations to answer to queries from clients in a timely manner.
• Traditional Trades: Preparation and Verification of traditional trades (Sale and Purchase of shares, bonds and certificates). In charge of the Settlement of transactions with counterparties throughout the world.
• Loan Management: Processing and Monitoring of Loans during their entire life cycle.
• Cash Management: Cash reconciliation, analysis of overdrawn position for the clients under my responsibility, Daily Deposits, Foreign Exchanges (FX) and Internal transfers.
• Fee Calculation & Statistics: Calculation of the fees to be charged to Customers, depending on the number of instructions received during the falling month.
• Passive Hedging reporting: Set-up of a Passive Hedging report on a monthly basis, in order to help our customers to spot (cover by an FX) the transactions processed under a currency different from the base currency one. The main purpose lies in the reduction of the change risk exposure.
