Our process is flexible and ranges from coaching to operational mandates depending on the sense of urgency and availability of management teams. Proveho assists through the all important transitional phase (market evolution, shareholder change, fundraising, turnaround etc). The Proveho team was recently created and is made up of senior executives from tech sectors and consultancy businesses.
