    2016 - maintenant : I work as Program Manager in an NGO called Rwanda Rural Growth
    Initiative which is a new NGO aiming at improving the productivity and making an
    agricultural based industry to improve the well being of smallholders farmers in Ngoma
    District.

  • National institute of Statistics of Rwanda/ Enquete agricole - Team leader

    2012 - 2016 : Worked as Team leader during the Seasonal Agriculture
    Survey shifting to Gisagara, Nyaruguru, Nyagatare, Nyabihu, Musanze, Ngoma, Kirehe
    and Gatsibo Districts of Rwanda in charge of:
    * Introducing the survey and interviewers at local level where the survey is
    administered.
    * Screening all plots in the sampled segments ;
    * Review questionnaire and check that it has been correctly filled in. ;
    * Monitor and attend some interviews and make comments on the enumerator's
    performance.
    * Meet frequently with each member of the group to discuss, improve and organize
    work.
    * Check the availability of all necessary items before going on field. ;
    * Help workers to solve the problems they encounter in dealing with respondents
    who are not responsive to questions or refuse to be interviewed.
    * Manage the team's work schedule. ;
    * Make sure all the big farmers are identified and surveyed. ;
    * Communicate with NISR/MINAGRI staff, regarding field issues.

    2012 - 2012 : Worked as an enumerator in the screening area in
    Rubavu, Rulindo, Rutsiro, Ngororero, Muhanga, Kamonyi, Gicumbi, Nyagatare and
    Gatsibo districts during Seasonal Agriculture Survey.

  • Kirehe - Field manager during

    2010 - 2011 district under ALUPA which is ``Association de Lutte Contre la Pauvrete au Rwanda).
