    • Ensure all along construction, fabrication and integration phases that the FPSO
    contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, is implementing properly
    his construction plan and objectives, and is performing safely his activities as
    per project specifications, design and codes.
    • Participate to KOM with Contractor/Subcontractor wrt Discipline matters;
    Review the relevant Contractor's and suppliers ITP's and procedures (in coordination with Structural/Piping/ QAQC disciplines and NDT/Welding/Painting/
    Coating activities).
    • Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, surveillance plans, Inspection and test plans.
    • Ensure that the works are closely inspected by the contractor’s QC inspection team (e.g.RT, UT, MPI, PMI, etc.).
    • Review and ensure that all material certificates and certification files are up to date,
    including documentation from vendors and contractors.
    • Challenge Contractor and Sub-suppliers on QA/QC performance and Inspection
    activities, and to perform routine and random inspections on a daily basis in this regard.
    • Monitor the work deficiencies (repair rate in particular), and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrective actions.
    • Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.
    • Stop & report immediately to Angolan Yard CSR any anomaly or non-conformity
    • Interface with relevant Topside Construction team and FPSO Contractor’s QA/QC site
    • Attend and participate in daily meetings; Attend, when requested, the various
    • construction meetings, and provide support to the CSR in its various reviews
    • Participate to construction, HSSE or QAQC specific audits or visits; Provide regular
    • inspection & activity reports.
    • authority on QA/QC issues and on the implementation of the Company QA/QC
    requirements.
    • Ensure the tracking of anomalies and non conformities performed by the FPSO
    • Contractor and ensure correct follow-up activities in the relevant Angolan construction yards.
    • Assist the Angolan Yard CSR as and when required.
    • To provide technical support and assistance to Company personnel, and also to
    contractor' and Suppliers' personnel if needed.
    Analyze / resolve Discipline issues and problems encountered by Company
    personnel;
    Implement Discipline methods for the supervision of the day to day activities;
    Enforce decisions/directions taken at FPSO Management level and as directed by
    FPSO Angolan yard CSR.

    Construction capacity:
    Revamping of existing central processing facility : CPF upgrade (oil separation,
    Water treatment and injection, power supply capacity, open/closed drain, flares,
    diesel fuel system, hot oil system, fuel gas unit, dew pointing facility)
    Development of new facilities: gas turbines, control room, electrical sub-station,
    gas treatment, gas compression, sulphur recovery, building, 2 x 5000 m3 oil storage
    tanks, fire water system, industrial water treatment, LLP flare.
    Interfaces with water, oil and pipelines both from CPF and 4 remote pads.
    Interfaces with live facilities of the existing plant, in coordination with operation
    Team.
