Je propose mes services à tous types de structures recherchant à la fois une expertise spécifique en développement produit et/ou une vision gobale des processus, phase production incluse.
Ingénieurs Arts et Métiers, mon parcours s’est déroulé en conception de produits, essentiellement pour l'industrie automobile. J’ai eu l’occasion de pratiquer tous les métiers liés à cette activité : ingénieur études, ingénieur industrialisation, responsable essais et validation, responsable prototypes, chef de projet et responsable d'un département développement complet, incluant la gestion de l'innovation.
S'ajoute une expérience qualité, liée à mes capacités d’analyse et ma rigueur, qui m’a permis, de plus, d’appréhender les besoins avals, en production et distribution.

    Management of prototype manufacturing (design of equipments and part production).
    Management of development quality + definition of the NoNOX SAS QMS for the ISO TS 16949 certification.

    2003 - 2006 Management of Development Quality (suppliers, customers and project).
    Definition and management of validation plans and associated tests.
    Creation of internal testing laboratory ((hydraulics/mechanics/electrics/climate).
    Start of the product industrialisation then sourcing of new dedicated engineer.

    2000 - 2002 Review of the plant QMS (500 people, production and distribution) for the ISO9001:2000 certification and the improvement of the EFQM score.
    Introduction of new document management tool and definition + training of new Quality tool box (PDCA, 5S, Ishikawa, Poka-Yoke, control plan, 8D...).
