    Jean-Pierre Iacono, senior executive with strong Finance and Administration experience gained through international exposure in the computer and software industries. A high-energy individual, adaptable, efficient and with significant leadership skills, who has succeeded both in high growth and cost constrained environments.
    He started his career with the computer industry in 1970 with MDS France, as Sales Administration manager for France, Belgium and Spain. In 1972 he was promoted to the position of Accounting Manager. During these assignments Jean-Pierre consolidated his accounting skills reorganized the accounting department and streamlined procedures and processes.
    In 1975, Jean-Pierre joined Gould Electronic as Finance and Administration manager for France, Belgium and Spain. He recruited the entire finance team, developed and structured the accounting and reporting processes. He furthermore, established a strong and close working relationship with the parent company.
    In 1983, he joined Apollo Computer as Finance and Administration manager. In a very high growth environment he established and built a strong finance team, while strengthening the accounting and reporting procedures. He implemented an ERP system covering both accounting and order processing. This resulted in much improved business controls, faster transaction processing, and improved customer satisfaction.
    In 1991, in left the computer hardware industry and joined CADRE Technology in the growing software sector as Finance and Legal Director. Working closely with the Sales function, he established sales contracts, negotiated annual sales and maintenance agreements. During this assignment, Jean-Pierre gained valuable sales and negotiation experience and contributed significantly to cross-functional team building.
    In 1992, he joined Autodesk as Finance Director for the South Region. During this assignment, he re-organized the finance team in all countries and was a key player in a major restructuring program for the entire European organization. Again, working closely in partnership with Sales, he established pan-European program to manage the indirect sale channel. In 1998 he was promoted to the position of Finance Controller, Europe, Middle East and Africa and subsequently moved to Geneva. He established full Sarbanes Oxley controls, procedures and processes. As an active member of the SAP steering committee, he was furthermore responsible for the related compliance and business controls. He also played a significant role in high visibility European projects, covering the sales compensation program, dealer network management, and sales and marketing reorganization
    Jean-Pierre is a qualified accountant and has participated in numerous management development courses, such as cash management, consolidation of financial statements, business law training, including the finance Director program at CEGOS Paris.
    Jean-Pierre has travelled extensively and has worked in most of the European countries. He currently lives in Switzerland, and is married with one child. He speaks French, English fluently, and basic Italian.
