Development and revamping of in-house management platform used daily by
permanent personel as well as extensive use by team of volunteers during new
sessions subscriptions:
- Brought old PHP4 website into PHP5 MVC/OOP database-driven application
- Clean URIs routing for easier user experience ;
- Built all Routing, Controllers, Models, and Views ;
- Rebuilt main login system for better security (SQL injection)
- Built Dynamic Comprehensive Menu based on user navigation: users
always have access to upper-, same-, and children-levels
- Built User-Level Access Evaluation Engine ;
- Built Ajax topic-based Quick Links Search Engine ;
- Built Registry Search Engine person look-up
- Built Breadcrumbs engine ;
- Created Read-Mode person data display w/ inline Edit Ajax calls ;
- Created Edit-Mode person multi-page section ;
- As Lead Developer managed over the summer team of four (two juniors and
two intermediates); currently managing one junior developer with three more
coming in Friday 2015-03-20; giving guidelines and establishing basic controllers
and models, doing MVC code review and SVN merging

- Did SEO for Search engine as well: having clean URIs from search results
- Created workaround for old URIs to coexist with new URIs between
transition to MVC system
- Did dynamic footer and dynamic listings related to user navigation
- Added GZIP and cache for faster rendering ;
- Created Most Popular process, i.e. both the data gathering and display ;
- Did same for Last Properties Seen section:
both part of new User Behavior Info Display
- Created Linux in-ofce local staging environment along w/ SVN versioning
- Revamped Real Estate Developer Listings section, created Details page
for Listings items
- Created Google Map PHP and JavaScript classes for items display in
Search results and Listings pages
- Currently adding multiple types and prices, as well as filters in Search Engine ;
- Various maintenance
