Chef du département certification du DOA Aeroconseil je m’emploie à développer les compétences d’une équipe internationale d’une vingtaine d’ingenieurs afin de pouvoir offrir à nos clients une des meilleures offres en terme de STC ou modifications mineures dans le domaine avioniques ou modifications cabines avions.
Professionnalisme et dynamisme me caractérise.
Motivé par les challenges, je me donne toujours les moyens de relever les défis.

    Aircraft Modifications Certification Engineer / Project Manager

    Certification Engineer:
    * Define design of the modification and prepare the associated certification dossier (Certification
    plan, Compliance demonstration, Ground or Flight tests plan, and Instruction for Continued
    Airworthiness...),
    * Technical coordination with Authorities (EASA, FAA, GCAA) ;
    * Certification of several minor change (COM system, Navigation system...) and STCs (GSM
    onboard, ACMS wireless, Tablet support...),
    * Foreign validation (FAA, TCCA).

    Project Manager:

    * Coordinate the staff allocated on the project, Kit follow-up (from purchase to shipment), Focal
    point to customer (Airlines or Lessor)
    * Challenge and follow the project Margin, report the Project status to management board ;
    * Project turnover approx. 50k EUR /project

    2009 - 2011 Rotorcraft Certification Engineer / Team Leader / Project Manager

    Certification Engineer:
    * Prepare the certification dossier (Certification plan, Compliance demonstration) for Light range
    rotorcraft design change (EC120, AS350, AS355, EC130...),
    * Prepare the dossier for Permit To Fly (Flight Condition approval) ;
    * Operational manual validation (RFM, MEL...) ;
    * Foreign Type certification validation.

    Project Manager & Team Management:

    * Create from scratch the Aeroconseil certification office for Eurocopter (new account) ;
    * Staffing/Recruiting (up to 18 engineers during the period) ;
    * Manage and allocate the staff on the projects (minor MOD, Permit to Fly, foreign validation, DOA
    support),
    * Focal point for Eurocopter DOA, customer relationship ;
    * Challenge and follow the project Margin, report project status to management board ;
    * Establish the Fixed Price mode (from Time and Material mode to Work Package) ;
    * Project turnover approx. 500k EUR /year
