Designing New Commercial Materials (websites, pictures, promotional support), Development of Brand name and image among the US specialized press, Organization and participation of annual Industry trade show. (Surfaces, NWFA, NACFD and other local floor covering and designer home shows)
Logistics:
Production / Warehousing / Transport / Delivery planning coordination between the plant in France and the US customers, oversight of Imports, US inventory management

Main Goal: I was in charge to come in the US market and analyze the different business opportunities that could benefit to FP Bois.
After 1 year of Lead Research and Market Identification, I got the chance to set up business transactions between US Floor Covering Distributors and my company in France.
I established an US Subsidiary for FP Bois and launched a US Line and Distribution Program specially dedicated to the needs of our US Customers.
Main tasks:
1. Support for the Strategic Reports, Forecasted Profit and Loss and Annual Budget Management, Business Plan Creation
2. Market Research:
Lead Research identification, hardwood flooring Distribution Network identification, Offers and Price range identification.
3. Product Development:
US Need identification, Development and Launching of a new hardwood flooring line and offer dedicated to the US market ( products, Price, Marketing Program)
4. Marketing:
New US Brand Image for FP Bois, Designing New Commercial Materials (logo, brochures, website, pictures, displays)
5. Sales and Customer service:
Prospection of the Top 25 Distributors of Floor covering in North America (meetings, negotiations, relationship development), Follow up of clients, Quality Desk and service to US clients
6. Event Management:
Coordinating and participation to annual trade shows:
