Entreprises

  • Bureau Veritas - Nuclear Design specialist engineer

Puteaux 2016 - maintenant Consulting Engineer for Extia
  • EMERSON PROCESS MANAGEMENT - Responsible for the ESPN cerification

BRON 2015 - 2016 In view of the "ESPN" certification (Elements Under Nuclear Pressure in french) re-aquisition, Emerson must comply to a drecree which one requires that the conformity of a nuclear pressure equipment is assessed by the manufacturer itself or by an independent organization.

Among the Nuclear Team, with several projects waiting for the certification in order to be able to use and/or to sell our valves, my aim is to manage and prepare this ESPN certification re-aquisition as soon as and as sure as possible. Begining by the most importants nuclear valves in the installed base, I have to prepared an EFA (External Fonctional Analysis), IFA (Internal Fonctional Analysis) and a Risk Analysis on our valves.
  • Poytechnique Montréal - Metallurgy: Fatigue performance evaluation and understanding of new welding alloys Nickel Base.

2014 - 2014 Last year of master internship: In order to evaluate and understand the fatigue performance of the new welding alloys and to guide further material development, I have made a series of mechanical tests and fractographic characterization. Based on the tests results, an analysis have been performed; comparing the materials performance with each other and with results available in the literature.
Combining the mechanical properties with microstructural observations and fractographic observations performed with a SEM, it has lead to a better understanding of fatigue behaviour (fatigue strength and crack propagation). This gave important information for the filler materials welds process optimization, control and limitations.
  • Stiftung Institut für Werkstofftechnik - Researcher assistant: Distorsion engineering

2013 - 2013 1st year of Master Internship: Researcher assistant on a quenching process.
The main goal was to provide a new process who can measure the distorsion during this heat treatment.

We have used a camera to record the shape changing during the entire treatment. Then, by comparing the number of pixel on a soft, we were able to understand better this phenomenon.
  • Solvay - Design Engineer: Demineralization Water Process

Paris 2011 - 2012 Last year of Bachelor internship: Designing of a 250m3/h demineralization water process.

During this internship, I have worked alone on this major project. I have designed the process, search some quotes from others compagnies, with a cost study, time and resources to implement.
  • CNRS LRGP - Process engineering: Adsorption process Pilote

2009 - 2010 Second year of Bachelor internship: Design and study of an adsorption process with a wet gas on a charcoal.

In a partnership with an engineer assistant, we have designed and built the process in few days. Then we have test it in order to understand better the adsorption process with a wet air.
  • Air Liquide - Process engineering: General Plant Design

Paris 2009 - 2009 2nd year of bachelor internship: The goal was to design an entire plant to distillate produce 4200t/d of oxygens in north China.

As far the biggest project I have worked for, and because I was a fresh trainee, I have passed several weks to compare what have made my colleagues on others similar projets, in order to increase my understanding of a project with this size.
Then, in collaboration with my manager, we have design the all plant and start to plan which part of the process will be created by Air Liquide, and which one will be built with subcontractors.
