En résumé

Trained as a software development engineer, I progressed to became team leader. I strongly contributed to develop a software analysis platform.

Product Manager and Product Owner at Mia Software and then at CAST, my objectives were to discuss with customers to collect feedback on the product, to define the product vision, and to organize the product roadmap in order to adjust the features to the customer needs.

I contributed to put in place the Scrum methodology with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams. I am working to improve the product development process by studying specific situations faced by the different teams of the company.

    - work with development team to deliver new features.

  • SoftMaint - Development Team Leader

    1997 - 2004 As a Development Team Leader (10 people), I was in charge of the development of the ESSOR platform (software application analysis).

    The application was implemented in C++ and based on the ObjectStore DBMS.
