I am a lawyer largely focused on international and commercial work. I studied law in France and in Ireland as well as studying commerce and business management in France.

I concentrate on Foreign Direct Investment matters providing business, agency and project development services to many US corporations, first entrants to the Irish market; and many French corporations with interests in Ireland.

I have been appointed a French Foreign Trade Advisor (‘Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France’) by the French Prime Minister. As such, my advisory role includes providing the French government with my recommendations and analysis of international trade as well as sponsoring companies in their international expansion.

    2012 - maintenant Jérôme Dupuy has recently become a member of the French Foreign Trade Advisor Committee, under the appointment of the French Prime Minister (November 2012) . As such, Jerome’s role involves providing the French government with his recommendations and analysis of international trade as well as sponsoring companies in their international expansion.

    1-Information

    Experts in their own area, the CCE’s are at the heart of international markets and aware of the full range of international business risks. Their opinion help shape the French trade policy. CCE’s organise conferences all over the world to compare and exchange their views with French and international decision-makers, their analysis of international trade and their experience of specific markets.

    2- Advisory role

    CCE's voluntarily advise French small and medium-size companies on their international development.
    This allows them to understand all aspects of their export strategy and use CCE's assistance to enhance their international expansion

    They offer their support :

    either on a time-limited basis (specific advice, guidance and introductions)
    or on an on-going basis possibly with the participation of a student.
