    2016 - 2017 Function: Ensure the good startup of the new project to deliver AUDI in JIS mode. Execute all internal projects steps to reach a smooth SOP.

    • Monitored the Launch readiness file to ensure the realization of the following actions
    • Implemented and reorganized logistics areas and equipment • Carried out processes and flow steering tools (transportation plan, inventory accuracy, safety stock management, alerts, goods procurement, delivery standards, …) • Leaded project team for information flow processes and the different IT systems used (EDI, Self billing set up, PIC/PDP integration, and architecture design of the complex flows and needs regarding stock constraints)
    => 100% completeness achieved at SOP.

  • Faurecia - Logistics Improvement Coordinator

    2014 - 2016 Function: Improve the receiving area

    • Implement the receiving by scanning.
    • Ameliorate the communication and the transfer of data and goods with the suppliers
    • Create Management visual of the receiving area

  • Segula Technologies - Production Monitoring Engineer at Eurocopter

    Nanterre 2012 - 2014 Function: Manage the ADU 332 missing parts. Interface between the production and the suppliers.

    •Analysed the assembly line processes.
    •Analysed and reduced the number of missing parts, reduced the total number of missing parts.
    •Analysed weekly the priorities and made actions on the urgent missing parts.
    •Created and monitored the KPIs for the ADU direction.
    •Monitored the « Critical Parts Visual Management » LEAN project.

  • PSA Peugeot Citroen Slovakia - Production Engineer (End of Studies Project)

    Rueil Malmaison 2011 - 2011 Function: Analyse component production methods and produce statistical information and implement improved work flow practices.

    •Realised and analysed the traffic (on the maps)
    •Observed, identified and classified the data (in the workshop)

    Blagnac 2010 - 2010 Function: Deploy the EPS (Eurocopter Production System) in the mechanic assembly line of the NH90. Assembly Team involvement with lean manufacturing improvements.

    •Analysed the assembly process
    •Calculated Takt Time of the assembly line
    •Transformed the workshop (balancing tasks (YAMAZUMI), building HOSHIN / 5S, building located)
    •Monitored action plans initiated in the phases of transformation.

  • AlterVie - Project Engineer (Internship)

    2010 - 2010 Function: Implementation of a project to use reusable dishes at a low price in order to change behaviours about the overconsumption of disposable dishes.

    •Elaborated a feasibility study (benchmarking, cost evaluation, operating device…)
    •Elaborated a complete project sheet detailing the objectives and concrete mechanism to implement
    •Sought grants for the creation of grant applications
    •Anticipated all actions to be taken of the transmission project to its generalization (budgeting,…)
