En résumé

Une carriere entamee en 1999 dans l'administration francaise sur des missions de conseils et de developpement de cooperation a l'international et de soutien a l'exportation (Europe du Nord et Centrale, Asie Centrale). En 2005 j'ai eu l'opportunite de rejoindre Veolia Water, leader mondial du traitement des eaux, en Chine en qualite de directeur des achats.

Apres avoir occupe les fonctions de directeur des achats au sein de projets et pour l'ensemble de la region Chine du Nord, je dirige actuellement une nouvelle co-entreprise du groupe spécialise dans le service aux entreprises et collectivites.

Mes centres d'interets professionels se portent essentiellement sur les problematiques de reorganisation industrielle, de performance et de conduite du changement (finance, ressources humaines) et de developpement.

  • Veolia Water (Urumqi Hedong Veolia Water Co.Ltd) - Deputy general Manager

    2008 - 2013 Deputy General Manager, responsible for managing a joint-venture set up in 2006 and its 400.000 m3/day operation in Northwest China. Manage strategic and operational activities (equivalent 1.2 millions habitants), 8 executive managers and several technical assistant responsible for upgrading and improving efficiency of the plants. In charge of Veolia Water corporate governance standards implementation with reference to internal control, environmental, and H&S.

  • Lanzhou Veolia Water (Group) Co.Ltd - Senior Manager (VCE) Procurement, Administration and Contracts

    2007 - 2008 Joint Venture (Veolia Water and Lanzhou Water Co).

    Provide strategic and tactical improvements to the Supply Chain to decrease the Company spends while improving the quality of suppliers in the following domains : purchasing, warehousing and public bidding.

    Coordinate medium to long term planning processes and take a leading role in resolving supply and demand imbalances.

    Define and Implement a IT solution to streamline the supply chain activities among the Plants and Offices

    Strategic Supplier management, including periodic credit reviews, supplier site audits and support business quality objectives

    Benchmark key suppliers on an annual basis to ensure the maintenance of competitive advantage

    Guide and mentor Lanzhou Veolia Water (Group) Co Purchase Manager, Logistics Manager and Subsidiaries .

  • Veolia Water North China - North China Purchase Manager

    2007 - 2008 In charge of the coordination (since 2006) and development of the purchasing activity of the Veolia Water North China's projects (currently 8 projects). My responsabilities cover the following aspects including sourcing, support to local purchasers, communication, training etc...

  • Veolia Water / HCVWK - Purchase manager

    2005 - 2007 Joint Venture (Veolia Water and Hohhot (Inner Mongolia) Water Company).

    Responsible for managing the suppliers portfolio to this project (industrial equipments, services, mobile equipment, Chemicals); Implementation of a full review of the existing supply base to ensure that the service level and product quality is achieved against target; definition and implementation of international financial standards (especially SOX).

    Among the key activities; recruitment and training (7 staff), sourcing and resourcing of suppliers, setting up suppliers management,setting up of strategies and supplier frameworks, and supporting project teams in view of the plants'refurbishment (10 sites).
