    • Procure TWTs and TWTAs within the respect to costs, schedules and quality requirements;
    • Optimize cash flow;
    • Meet Purchasing Sale Recognition budget.

    Volume:
    • Procured equipment valued up to: about 15 M€;
    • Number of programs managed in parallel: 3.

    Activities:
    • Support the definition of requirements, supplier proposal evaluation, supplier negotiation and selection;
    • Perform the follow-up of the suppliers from kick off of activities to hardware delivery;
    • Organize and manage qualification, design and tests reviews (QRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs);
    • Organize and manage the acceptance and delivery reviews (TRBs, DRBs);
    • Manage meetings and presentations dedicated to End-Customers;
    • Manage the requests for deviations, non-conformances and change requests (RFDs, NCRs, CRs, CNs);
    • Formulate and manage Modifications Orders;
    • Maintain metrics related to the execution of the contract (schedule, quality);
    • Authorize payments;
    • Apply penalties;
    • Evaluate the suppliers;
    • Improve the Procurement process.

    • 3 Suppliers (Program Managers, PA Managers);
    • Internal Customers (Satellite Programs Managers, PA Managers, Projects Controllers,
    Financial Manager, Architects, Repeater Engineer);
    • Internal Experts (Radiations, EMC, ESD, Thermal, Mechanical, Parts, Material Experts, TWT, EPC);
    • End-Customers (Program Managers, PA Managers, Payload Experts).
