Staffing Professional with 27 years of high tech industry experience. 13 years International Sales and Marketing in a variety of Field Sales and Sales Team Management positions (up to VP Level). In 1996 I changed my professional direction towards Staffing Consultancy. Since then I have been active as a Staffing Manager for a total of 9 out of 14 years with staffing teams as small as 3 and as large as 15 individuals. I have personally been responsible for large volume recruiting up to 25 hires monthly on average without 3rd party assistance. I have made and carried my own Staffing Plan within Staffing Budget and have achieved my staffing quotas for all clients without exception. My International Business/Recruiting experience spans two decades, I speak 3 languages fluently and have some proficiency in French. MSEE from Rens & Rens Technical University in The Netherlands.
