- 10 years of experience in Project Management fields within Aeronautic R&D Institute and Nuclear Power Industry;
- Strong experience in technology transfer with Chinese partners: negotiation of clarification agreements and amendments to the Transfer of Technology Agreement; secure of royalty, lump sum and services payments, definition and implementation of the appropriate intellectual property protection rules (patents, copyrights, disclaimers), coordination of business units impacted by Transfer of Technology contract, control of TTA project deliveries, budgets, planning (ensure that the transfer of technology projects are executed in line with the contracts and business requirements);
- Set up of Project Strategy for Licence and Transfer of Technology Agreement (LTTA) with Russian JV and contribution to the LTTA agreement with Indian partner (review and drafting of the contract);
- Experience in managing a team composed of internal employees and external stakeholders: annual performance reviews, supervision, training;
- Very good understanding of technology, business, intellectual property and licensing issues and strategic aims;
- Excellent ability to communicate and liaise with parties operating within various areas (project, R&D, Engineering, IPR, Sales etc.);
