    BOIS COLOMBES 2010 - 2013 HR Strategic business partner for Risk & Finance functions in Europe. My role is partnering with the Directors of, and Head of around the delivery of the people strategy and plan throughout their business areas.

    I have partnered support functions such as Risk & Finance on a pan European basis:
    • Plan and deliver annual HR plans such as talent management, performance reviews, bonus objective planning and pay review across the region, multiple bonus plans and across all levels
    • Work with the emerging European HR Centre of Expertise to ensure policies and processes for Reward, Talent and Performance are created to meet business needs

    Carried out HR and Systems operational audits (identification, analysis and evaluation of Human Resources processes, procedures and policies)
